NO ONE has given me an accurate reason but RESULTS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS : It has been repeatedly shown, proved and recognised in this company and other companies that THOSE WHO ATTEND WEEKLY MEETINGS REGULARLY PERFORM THE BEST. Wow !
That is a Great claim from High Places ! The more actively you participate in a closed environment seems to mirror how you will perform in the open world where no one is watching you. Those who talk Positively during meetings seem to come back the next week with better results. Not just because of their own effort but IT SEEMS AS IF GOD HAS THROWN HIS FAVOUR UPON THE APPLE OF HIS EYE . I really have no other explanation for this coincidental occurence. The Reverse seems to be equally true. Those who DO NOT actively participate in the meetings are poorer performers as those who talk negatively about the Company, Product and Leadership. Obviously, these are intelligent people, who have found another system to earn their living. We have no qualms about that. We wish them all the Best.
