Borrowing Money

The Present Global Economic Crisis is a "Credit Crisis" - Meaning Banks lent without Colateral. Ofcourse everybody knows the Lending business is the Best business because Borrowing is 3 times more addictive than cigarette smoking ! Every Lender knows that a borrower will return to him several times in a life time to borrow money for the Purpose: Car, House, Education, Healthcare, Business.

If that were the only reasons people were taking a loan, its imaginable. But people are taking loans to pay everything from fashion accessaries,holidays, groceries, petrol to water and electricity bills!
I wish I could use this blog space as an advertisement reading something like this:

DON'T REDUCE YOUR LIFE-STYLE, INCREASE YOUR INCOME.

Stress

This is the new unknown devil of the 21st Century. Doctors, Engineers, Humanists, Environmentalists, and Finance Managers know the scientific presence of this WORD. However, when it becomes a household word used by your financial dependants, it normally means: "Dad, I have not enough money."

And if "Dad" is not smart enough to find an extra source of money for several years it shows up as he and his family falling ill from all sorts of psychosomatic illnesses, Ranging From : Asthma and Arthiritis to Common cold, Cancer and Heart Attack !

If you don't already know it - Healthcare has become a No.1 Business because 50 - 80% of the people in developed countries are suffering from STRESS-BASED Diseases which in Simple words is:
We Eat too much, Sit too much, Do without thinking accurately and Exercise too Little.

Ask any Good doctor if he has not heard of this problem. But what is he to do? Just Treat-lah ! After all it is Good for his pocket though it may be bad for the Economy !

Yes, whether we like to admit it or not Lack of Finance reduces the Quality of our Life thereby reducing our capacity to stand and face other forms of Challenges. It is only a matter of time before our Body Crumbles under "The Stress".

Habits

Now that I have addressed the issue of Leadership , Human Beings and Systems, Let me not forget one more thing - HABITS.

The MPR Challenge will demand from you a piece of you time. With our 24 hours: we get up in the morning and rush to do our daily work - hoping to find a Financial Solution by means of Regular Work ! But forgive me for asking, are we working to find a Financial Solution to our Needs, Really love the Work OR - This is the BIG OR : Are we using DAILY WORK as .......... a Form of Escape from w h a t e v e r ?

The 21st Century System of Modernisation and Industrialisation has so orientated us for some "Career" that looked from the:

age of 15yrs - Looks attractive,

age of 25yrs - looks hopeful,

age of 35yrs - reached the ceiling,

age of 45yrs - "Now how did I get here?",

age of 55yrs - "Mother, a Tsunami is coming, Run" !

How many of us are not aware that we are walking from 1 trap to another ?????

I am not saying the MPR System is the Total Solution :

But it is a Possible System which incorporates the Spirit of Brotherhood and Finance until The Leaders of the WORLD can sort out the mess they created over the last half a century .

Well, by the 15th of August 2008, 1 Month into this Project I had visited the Post office 4 times and received Cash: Total - Rm 400/- in the 1st Month. Good or Good ? I couldn't believe the speed of returns on investment at an interest rate that is a 300% in 1 Month. Fuhyoo ! Is it for Real ?

Nothing is more motivating than Rewards and Nothing is more Rewarding than Money !

So, guess what I did. I kept motivating my downlines by e.mails, sms and telephone.

Did it help ? You bet it did.

The1st Principle of Making people do something is tell them the benefits.

The 2nd Principle is to show them the benefits.

The 3rd Principle - walk the talk !

The 4th Principle is to look behind and see if they are following you !

Human Beings will generally do anything for monetary gain so long as it does not insult their ego, self esteem, self image , pride - and if there are sufficient people doing the same thing. And - they will criticise all other ways of monetary gain if they have a way of making faster money elsewhere !

Rome was not built in a day. MPR Agency is a very new company . Born: January 2008. The Founder, Mr.M.P.Raja is fully aware of the short comings, defects and flaws. How it all Started.

The 1st time I got my Postal Order was exactly 1 week later. It was for Rm30/-.

I was so excited AND to tell you the Truth, scared. This was the 1st time in 54yrs of my Life I would go to a post office to cash a POSTAL ORDER, from a not so popular scheme ! Can you imagine how I felt when it worked ? Well, at least now I know how a virgin feels on her 1st night. I had managed to recruit a friend whom I thought could do with some extra cash. His name was Wong Joo Khim. He thought deeply , it happened to be his 50th Birthday, and he wanted a fresh start in finances.

The next person I talked to was my dear sister-in-law, Rachel. She takes the cake. She did not blink , came straight in and 1 week later was in Kota Kinabalu starting her own similar project for charity !

The next person I managed to recruit was my good friend in Church, Prince Raj. He is a businessman, a salesman and a holy man. After 1 hour of grilling me he took his hard earned Rm119.50/- and put it on the table. The next day he recruited his darling wife, Julie.

Next came into the scene was my sms pal from Kota Kinabalu, Prisca Totu. She is a well known executive in Yayasan Sabah, with a Masters Degree and a MBA Degree to support it. Best in her public relations capacity. She got the idea, visited the Website, phoned Mr.M.P. Raja , clarified her doubts and sent me Rm119.50/- and ordered me to do the necessary to put her name in.

Now I am getting excited and my mother living with me senses the excitement and hands me Rm120/- to do the necessary. She is 84 years old !

Next I, meet Mr. John an acquaintance in church , working in TNB, after 1 week of pondering - joins. I put him under my mother so that mum can get some over-riding.

Next - My good friend of 35 years Raveendran Nadarajah, a Chartered accountant, and a Unit Trust Consultant and father of 2 University Bound children, makes a few professional probes and then puts down his Rm120/- and purchases the Postal Orders from me at cost. I put him under Wong Joo Khim.

These 8 people gave me the beginer's inspiration to KEEP GOING. . If they could see it, there must be Rm1,000,000/- in there - PROVIDED I DO NOT GIVE UP !

Money - Planning - Resources Project

The MPR Project was Founded in January 2008 by Mr.M.P. Raja in Kuala Lumpur.
3 Months earlier, U.S.A. had announced to the the the World the now famous SUBPRIME CRISIS. By November 2008, the 1st World's worst nightmare becomes a reality, GLOBAL RECESSION . Governments, Multi-National Cooperates, SME, businesssmen and individuals brace themselves and try to cope with the unaccustomed Realities of surviving in a world lacking CASH FLOW and EMPLOYMENT.

I, David Rajaratnam C. Jeremiah, age 54, joined the MPR Project on 15 - 07 - 2008.

My Dream is to make a Rm,1,000,000/- by 15 - 07 - 2009.

So what if the World Laughs at me - it is my Dream, my Desire, I am doing nothing illegal and I see it as an absolutely honest work in Malaysia in the year 2008.

Infact every Post Master I've met and every postal clerk in Malaysia is fully aware of this type of earnings - some call it giftings - and give me the broadest congratulatory smile when I am at the Post Office to cash my Postal Orders.

Although it is controversial so what ? Even wearing red lipsticks were controversial in 1969 ! What world system is not a Pyramid these days ? Only thing they use high sounding terms like 'hegemony', 'hierachy', 'Top-Down Management', 'whole saler', 'supplier', 'francise', 'patent' , 'royalty', 'earnest deposit' and not to forget 'crony'.

Basically every initiator of a project or business is putting entry or exit barriers so that others won't overtake them ! Even the most astute followers of FREE TRADE create entry and exit barriers.

In 1997, when Malaysia experianced its News Shattering Economic Crisis, our then Prime Minister, Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohammad vehemently voiced his contempt against the 1st World for creating Financial Structures that disallow developing countries to compete on a Flat Playing Ground. And if we were having honest to God transparency in this world today, we won't be experiancing the present GLOBAL ECONOMIC TURMOIL of 2008. So let us not kid ourselves.
